The Wildwood Bridge project was a seismic retrofit of the bridge abutments and piers. The project entailed slope stabilization, microfilming, superstructure improvements, and bridge deck rehabilitation.
The condition renewal consisted of mill and fill of the existing deck with a new concrete overlay, installation of new vertical face concrete parapet and steel bicycle railing, abutment joint elimination, joint replacement at the two piers, touch up coating of superstructure elements, steel coating touch-up, and concrete repairs to the abutments, wingwalls, and pier cap faces.
